“The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults.
Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food.
Spa with massages is also very good.
In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here.”

“No elevator, no manned reception most of the time, bar and restaurant closed early so no food alternatives when I arrived, had to go to the neighbour hotel. Very poor selection in the self service shop. No elevator, and I lived upstairs. The crew was nice when they were there. It is the sum of everything else that is poor. ”
