“We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! The room was an awkward shape and a very poor layout. The furniture looked really tired and the wardrobe had a handle missing, there was……

“My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. “What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all……
