"20 min easy walk to town. Hotel rooms clean and spacious and good value for money. (beds a bit too firm for us!!) Due to new legislation for booking in, ( passport details, email etc)it took a while as chap at reception didn't speak English and my Spanish is poor( thank you google translate!)we got there in the end. Restaurant, cafeteria next to hotel, good food , excellent coffee, excellent staff."

"This was a booking by mistake. It was a one-star hostel outside of the city, not a hotel. But the room and restaurant were nice, clean, and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom did not have a hair dryer. The internet was too slow to do trading in the room or hostel. The parking was on the street, not private. But it was okay."

"Finca Buytron is a very nice vacation home, with super service from the owners. Situated outside Montilla in the beautiful surroundings. Especially the pool area is worth mentioning. A great place to go when seeking a cooler spot. Loved our stay - highly recommend."

"Paki the manager was very helpful she was available and answered questions very quickly. We had a couple of negative factors. It is a villa for 11 people but only cutlery for 8, there were a lack of pillows. Furniture especially the sofa and bedroom cupboards wardrobes etc very run down and are in desperate need of replacing.All in all we had a wonderful stay "

"We had a really good time with the kids, lovely house with a private pool, great location with lots of things to see in the region ; beautiful villages around and not far from Cordoba. To note the owners are really nice people who give you privacy but are always available to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend."

"Pros: Repetiríamos 100%, la casa es maravillosa, espaciosa, tranquila y equipada con todo tipo de detalles. No falta absolutamente nada de menaje. La zona de barbacoa y piscina invita a estar todo el día allí socializando. La atención del propietario (Antonio) de 10!! "The Alfaros is a nice hotel in a great position, around a 10 minute walk from the Mesquita and Roman Bridge. The room was bright with a very comfortable bed, good shower and good quality linen and towels. Large bar/lounge and patio area. The photos are representative of the style of the hotel which is slightly dated, but everywhere was very clean and the staff we met were all very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with well cooked hot food and a great range of pastries, fresh fruit & yogurt and ingredients for tostadas. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Córdoba. (Note there is no kettle in the room as seems to be the way in many Spanish hotels, but the coffee from the hotel bar & at breakfast was very good). "
