"The Royal was clean, fun, and ideal for our birthday trip. The staff at Fish Restaurant (Kendrick), the Chop Stix and Front Desk (Owan) were attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. The water park was fun and the slides were amusing. I especially appreciated the shark enclosure and the many spaces for the turtles and rays to cohabitate and be. The facilities were clean and neat. "In the heart of San Juan. You can walk to and from cruise port and experience the history of San Juan. The location has access to free or low cost public transport, dinning all around in walking distance and the hotel has free cold breakfast. "
