"The staff was very friendly. Jorge takes care of anything you need. He speaks very little English though. Hotel is very far, actually not far but a $30 + taxi ride to the San Juan restaurant . There's a few little cafés in the area but no where to get supplies like some bread, beer, a bottle of rum and/or coke, shampoo, water or a snack. A mini supermarket in the area would make a killing! Pool area is nice as well as roof top lounge"

"Clean room that is in need of someTLC. The Pool is beautiful and so is the view from the patio where continental breakfast is available. The staff is very helpful. AC works great when there is not a power outage, which happens about 2 hours per day. Shower worked and there is bar soap and shampoo along with towels. The property feels safe, with a gate that is locked 8-8pm. Location is good if you want to be downtown and walk to the many jewelry and gift shops. Not sure if there is parking at the hotel because our car rental fell through due to our flight arriving late (they do not hold car reservations at the airport rental agencies) but you can get a taxi to take you anywhere. Taxis cost a lot. Bring lots of cash because that’s all they take!"

"Room was not ready for check in till 453pm, that is 53 minutes after check-in time. Bell staff was great, front desk staff just ok, not tge best hospitality, the bell staff mafe up for it. No pol towels either. Hot tub water was not as clear as it should be, water was hot though. Room was impeccable "
