“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Stayed 7 nights a they did not come in one time and clean up, make the bed or give me clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels. Room is musty and smells like a wet rag. Outside is cute and clean, but rooms are horrible and dirty. ”

“Room was very spacious and comfortable. The pull out couch was deceiving as it was much smaller than the actual width of the couch but our kids are small so we made it work. The laundry room was a nice perk so you don't have to pack as much. Loved the location to places to eat and shop a little. It's definitely a 10 minute walk to the beach so keep that in mind. The pool was bigger than I thought it would be and always had space for swimming and lounging. Breakfast was always good and staff……

“Hospitality was nonexistent beyond the check in at the front desk. The kitchen and bar staff were rude and disrespectful when we ordered appetizers and drinks after our day out at the beach. There was construction the entire duration of our trip which made finding rides a bit challenging. I had to overhear several fights that happened in my hallway. As a single female traveler, I prioritize my safety and do not mind paying extra for a resort type of stay, this was not it. I had a nice vacation,……
