“We really enjoyed the bar and dining areas. The room was renovated and lovely. The view from our room was also great. The staff was really helpful and we would stay here again.”

“The hotel does not have parking. You have to park at the train station next door. The staff fails to tell you this is a pay to park location. The room was a bigger disappointment. There was less than 18 inches between bed and wall on all sides. You had to stand in there hall outside the bathroom to dress. For a new hotel, this was unacceptable”

“We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The floor was creaky and the armoire rattled loudly when you walked around the room. It was a clean, large room and the mattress was excellent. It was very quiet except for the last night when I was awakened by the sounds of a band and drumming. Popped my earplugs in and went back to sleep. One major issue was that we were unable to change the temperature or the heat/air conditioner setting in the room. We had to ask the front desk to change it……

“Stunning surrounding, beautiful house, perfect ambiance and attentive services, the bar was great. Hotel reacted quickly when I left something back in the room and sent it back to me, much appreciated, a great stay.”

“The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful during check in. Parking on property was super convenient. Full breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Family friendly environment, I would recommend when visiting Cork.”
