“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“We loved our stay at the Old Inn - rooms were nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Spa facilities etc were all beautiful and had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant was really good - lovely food, great service and attentive staff. Young waiter and waitress (I think called Leo and Sofie) both really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality and freshly cooked, ordered from a menu rather than buffet. Any and all staff we encountered were friendly, chatty and helpful. Love the……

“Great view of Marina from third floor room. Very clean, warm, comfortable room. Bar and restaurant very enjoyable. Irish breakfast was magnificent. Free car parking could be found near hotel. Staff great.”
