"Despite the room rate being cheaper than most around Dublin this hotel is excellent. The food and service are superb especially the breakfast! I will definitely stay here again. The receptionist from Ukraine was extremely polite and helpful."

The staff were an absolute delight. So helpful and very happy to help us with any questions and suggestions. The morning breakfast was amazing. Again, provided by a very attentive staff. A beautiful facility in a lovely town. Close to the Powerscourt estate. We called ahead about parking which was no problem. Emma suggested Johnnie Fox’s for an authentic Irish dinner. Amazing!

Spent a week in Dublin at The Green and could not have been more happy with our decision. Location is excellent, very walkable and centrally located between local and more tourist destinations. Trinity College and Molly Malone are a quick stroll, Temple Bar is a little further (15ish minutes). Local Tram across the street to get to spots further away. St. Stephen's park also right across the street. The weather we had during our stay made the park a nice added bonus.

We would definitely stay at The Davenport again. We liked the location near Merrion Square- a little away from the crowds in Grafton St /Temple Bar area, but still very walkable to those places. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of choices. We quite enjoyed our stay.

I arrived early for check in after a long flight from New York. It was only 11am -I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth at check in. Elizabeth directed us to the dining room where we had an absolutely amazing breakfast. 30 minutes later -both of my rooms were ready. This is exceptional customer service. Hotel staff were great. They were very friendly, and helpful. They offered to get a taxi for us, confirmed our return trip reservation trip to the airport with Airport Collections. Also provided excellent directions with circles on a map to popular locations we were going to. To top if off they even ordered a pizza for us.. Truly a great experience.
