Das schlechteste waren die fast gar nucht schalldedämmten Fenster zur Strasse hin. Die vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge (über Kopfsteinpflaster) konnte man bis spät in den abend hinein hören. Sehr gut der eigene mit Schranke abgesperrte Parkplatz (kostenfrei).
