"The house is a very unique house with a deep history set in extensive formal gardens. The staff, particularly in reception and the Restaurant are attentive and very pleasant. The age and design of the house allows functions such as weddings and prom parties to be held without disturbing other guests. It may be a little dog-eared but that seems to add to its charm."

The food was excellent, with lots of options for vegan meals. The room was clean and well presented. Overall, I enjoyed the stay more than I was anticipating.
