“First glance at the hotel was a disappointment not what the pictures showed on Expedia looks run down. Was only staying for 1 night. Check in was fine nice and quick. Hall ways looked dirty like they hadn’t been hoovered in a week or so. Found a used tea bag on the window sill. The room was terrible stains on the carpets. Wall paper was peeling from the walls, damp in the room, holes in the bathroom walls. Asked to change rooms got to say staff members really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately……

“Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel”
