“The hotel location is very good. It is easy to reach from Heathrow airport. It is close to Paddington station. The staff are very friendly. Especially thanks to Nyamka. She is trying everything to help and makes us feel like home. Worm breakfast is a bonus. Thank you!”

“The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay”

“We had an amazing honeymoon at Stella Island! The property was absolutely stunning, the service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond! The food was also amazing especially at Isla and La Parilla.”

“Good business hotel. One of the tallest spot of Paris and the view is amazing even if it is not facing the Eiffel Tower.”

The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for……

“A safe place to stay in a busy neighbourhood. Convenient for walking and catching the metro. Kitchenette.”

“The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind. However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!”

“酒店位置很方便，周围商圈非常值得逛，很安全”
