“Hotel is very basic. We were guests during a heatwave and the room had no AC and we had to chase for fans to use. Actually as a responsible hotel they should have provided free water to guests during this time rather than charging astronomical prices and exploiting their customers who needed to stay hydrated. Very basic hotel with basic facilities and the usual premium price due to location. Hotel Management need to rethink their ways of working and how they treat guests better.”

“The Hotel was dated. We had no air conditioning and tv for 2 days in our room. The staff did say we could move rooms but that was late at night 10.30 pm. Ive heard that it is going to be closed and updated at the end of the season. The Hotel is very central. the swimming pool was good. the outside pool was lovely but could have done with sun umbrellas as it was hot. The food in the restaurant was good in the evening.”
