“The clean ing staff had to be reminded to bring towels When we first arrived had no shower detergent and conditioner were all missing The gym had no spin bikes or rowing machines had to ask for a lot of stuff in the room I paid for the three rooms but one and only one room got a package Will say I fractured my ankle the staff were very kind and very helpful meals were good. No coconut coffee I am lactose intolerant but there was other milk but a lot of the coffee s were bitter”

“透過hotel.com定房，到了現場還得查看我方定房證明，我都事先打電話確認過了，耽誤很多時間等。另外，定房時網站說明可選擇不同床型，定房時也註明清楚我要的型式，但到現場發現並沒這選項，真是無言。”
