"This is an airport hotel at the Frankfurt and use it when I plan to leave the next day. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clan and plenty of space and outlets for work. Service can be a little slow at times."

"We stayed years ago prior to renovation. Beautiful hotel, wonderful attention to detail preserving the old while totally updating. Staff was so accommodating that if asked a question they would provide not only directions but hours, etc. Best breakfast ever, eggs, sausages, various bread & rolls, sweets, cheeses, even English, and vegan offerings. Table service upscale with waiters for every whim. Room maintained spotless with complimentary bottles of water replaced everyday. Lovely bar area with roaring fire going and soft music in the background, available for both food & drinks."

"Had a great stay in one of the refurbished rooms (design). Bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Shower room excellent and clean. Communal areas are good, can't understand why some other reviews say different. There are vending machines for cold drinks, snacks and coffee which I found very useful. The staff were all helpfull. Breakfast is excellent, especially the service from Ali and the very lovely Ofelia, always with a smile, thank you."

"Check in was done by a very pleasant young man. Very efficient. Breakfast check in done by a very pleasant female. Room was clean. Nice selection for breakfast. Hotel e05 - e10 minutre walk form Terminal. Room exceptionally quite - did not hear any noise. Also had black-out curtains which kept room totally dark at night and gave a good sleep."
