“OK so ..parking was good but tight .. To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel.”

“Terrible experiencia. Se les llamó oportunamente para indicar que se llegaría un poco más tarde por las condiciones del camino y nos rechazaron, sin ninguna consideración. “The Boathouse (or to people like me who haven’t been in Norfolk for 15 odd years - the former Eels Foot) is a fantastic location for short or longer stays, with the broads, Great Yarmouth, Norwich and north Norfolk all easily reachable from here. The pub / restaurant is beautiful, and serves excellent food. Breakfast is a-la-carte and is excellent for the price. Mike, the proprietor, is a great host and was extremely helpful in helping us to plan the remaining days of our trip. Highly recommend!”

“The room was very warm even with the windows open as it was at the top of the property. A room fan was provided but it meant that there was a constant noise when it was on. The breakfast was really nice.”

“Wonderful place to stay just on the quiet end of Great Yarmouth sea front. Jean couldn’t be more helpful and amenities were excellent. Breakfast good and plentiful and the bed was very comfy. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again”

“Service throughout stay was very good, check in quick and with no issues. Room spacious and had all the amenities required. Breakfast and restaurant meals very good with great selection for both.”

“Lady who runs it was lovely very clean room smelt lovely room was a bit small and bed was not very comfortable but every thing else was spot on”

“Great stay! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly. The rooms are neat and tidy, and while not very big, they’re perfectly adequate for one person. The communal area with an air fryer and microwave is also very convenient. It’s also just a minute walk to the beach! Very good location. Overall, a lovely place for a solo stay!”

“Photos don't do this place justice. I had a very comfortable stay in their cosy studio. Very clean. High quality bedding. Plenty channels on the smart tv. Fast reliable wifi and good cooking facilities.”

“First holiday for my husband in two years, recovering from health issues and he really enjoyed the experience, Ed, Bev and all the staff were great and to top it up the weather was great Thank you all at Barons Court”
