“The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in. Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour. Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food.”

“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the AC Hotel San José Belén. The aesthetic of the property is beautiful, modern, and inviting, and the hotel itself has a great atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout our stay.
