“Although the room itself seemed old, the resort was very clean and the amenities were pleasant. We especially enjoyed the indoor saltwater pool and the private access to the beach- which was just a short walk. Messaging the staff through text was super easy and they responded right away. Would highly recommend and want to visit again in the future!”

“The beach area is nice and convenient. The vineyard and winery had great and informative staff. The gentleman that assisted us was quite kind and ensured that customers were content, the room is a bit dated however, that is to be expected in the area. However, some staff at certain times during our stay were not the most friendly, it was a bit confusing through communication about utilizing the microwave and other amenities.”

“We were extremely disappointed with how dirty and unsafe our room was. Luckily I brought Lysol wipes, which were filthy by the time each wipe was finished. There was mold on multiple areas of the shower curtain, cobwebs on the lamps and bathroom walls, along with hair that wasn’t ours. The sink was nasty and obviously hasn’t been cleaned. As well, there was toothpaste and splashback on the tap handle. Serratia Marcescens (pink bacteria) which is very dangerous for immunocompromised people, such……

“Check in was handled by the barmaid next door and she could barely speak English. The room carpet was tattered and dirty. We kept our socks on. The shower wall was grimy and had some, what appeared to be mildew on it. We slept with clothes on and did not take showers. The tv did not work. We had no inclination to eat the free breakfast.”

“We were able to check in at 2:00 and had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. They were great! We loved the back yard patio chairs to dry off. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the dining area was very clean and welcoming. We liked the colours throughout the hotel, including the bright towels in the pool area.”
