Very friendly

We stayed a week for our 25th anniversary. Perfect for that occasion. It would be inappropriate with children, infirm or elderly - stone stairs to anywhere, lots of quiet, mostly honeymooners. The staff made an effort to learn our names/circumstances and seemed sincerely invested in our good stay. Shout out to Mira. All day long, the cooked-to-order western and eastern food was amazing (the best/cheapest filet mignon you will find), and we especially enjoyed the included luxurious afternoon tea...

New hotel with very well appointed rooms and nice pool and beach. Comfy beds.

Tejaprana was a small oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The property was beautiful and really provided a sense of calmness and serenity. I enjoyed the fact that there were a limited number of villas, so you never felt like things were crowded or too many people. The staff were excellent and cared for all your needs, all while remembering your name every time they saw you. Newer option in Gili T... Wonderful staff, good food, comfortable accommodations! Would highly recommend. Centrally located on the island to where it's a 10 min walk, 4 min bicycle ride, to the bars and restaurants on the East side of the island and the beach lounge style bars for the beautiful sunset on the West.

The property is beautiful and the staff all very nice. The rooftop bar was a nice surprise. On our last night there were some guests that were loud but besides that, it was a great experience.

This hotel is amazing!!! Concrete, industrial design combined with Balinese architecture - this sounds crazy, right? But it's not... not in Bisma eight, they did an excellent job with the hotel design, their staff are the friendliest people we met on Bali, hotel is incredibly clean. We stayed in the forest and also garden view rooms - both were spectacular, amazing views from the forest room! I could just lie on the bed all day enjoying the view and its atmosphere. It really is incredible....

Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

The hospitality at maya ubud is unmatched from all previous experiences at other hotels. If staying in ubud, this resort is the place to be. Also, I huge shoutout to one of the workers ganggawir, he was exceptional and made sure everything went well for me and the wife during are stay. He went above and beyond with every little thing when caring for us. Thank you ganggar and maya ubud!

This place was a dream, the staff is so friendly and the rooms are beautiful. I felt extremely safe being a woman of color on my first solo trip! The staff treats you like family .. definitely will be back here again.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The room we stayed in blew our minds! So spacious and modern amidst the backdrop of an ancient Balinese temple. The property has a pool, gym, restaurant, shop, and an impressive 4 floor museum! What made the stay 5 stars was the staff. They were all so pleasant and extremely helpful. Two particular staff members, Putra and Gusde, made us feel like family! We will never forget them! If you are planning a trip to Bali, stay here! You won’t regret it!

A wonderful stay! The staff is friendly and very attentive to guests. The food was excellent as well! I highly recommend the mushroom soup!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here this past week. We loved the staff. Breakfast was also amazing, and Bayu was the coolest staff member we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!! We definitely felt at home in our villa and want to hopefully return sometime soon :)) 100% recommend.

They drive you into the resort via golf cart from the drop off area. It is a lovely little resort, spa and restaurant set among rice fields. The decor is gorgeous Balinese style. They staff gave impeccable service. Loved our stay.

I give the Anvaya 5 stars! I was in Singapore for work and decided to treat myself and check out Bali for a few days. It was too quick of a trip, but I wanted to do a little traveling.
