“Perfect.”

“First time in San Juan so booked this hotel for 2 nights. As we were a family of four we had a room in the block with no balconies. Breakfast was good so was evening meal. Fares on reception was brilliant. The rooftop Skybar and pool were wonderful. Would I stay here again, if I was in San Juan yes, but unlikely to visit this area again. All in all a good experience”

“Our boys liked the room. Clean and comfortable. Good location, not too far from the tram station.”

“A good location, walking distance to beach, many stores nearby; a machine to buy water bottles at the ground floor. The room is clean, beautiful, and big. A nice choice for a business trip.”

“Quiet, clean and comfortable. Not in downtown but there are taxis and buses around. You can also walk to the city, around 3 miles. Food at the hotel was ok and price is reasonable.”

“Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage: mitten im Herz der Altstadt, egal wohin in Alicante, sind es nur kurze Wege – egal, ob zum Yachthafen, dem Strand, die Einkaufsmeile, der Burg. Alles ist sehr einfach und gut zu erreichen, ebenso Tram und Bus. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet, mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Altstadtgassen. Die Dachterrasse ist das Sahnehäubchen schlechthin.”

“Hotel was nice. Got a nice room with a view of the beach. Staff were always friendly. Location is nice, along the waterfront and outside of the hussle and bussle of town. The hotel has a restaurant and there are also several more restaurants right next door. Only downside was that the pool is only open during the summer. ”

“The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. I think the hotel needs abit more a tlc and air freshener and also we had placed a busy tag on the door as we did not want anyone to enter or clean and……
