“The property is still new and it doesn’t have all the facilities working like the full lunch at Nobu and the terrace and spa are not complete. My biggest complaint was air conditioning does not function properly in the winter months and we were sweating in our rooms. It is not yet comparable to the other 5 star hotels in the area in terms of services and facilities at this time in my opinion. However the hotel is beautiful and the location is great so the potential is there ”

“我们意大利之行的第一天入住该酒店，因是早班飞机，八点多就到了酒店，服务人员很热心，为我们提供了周边游玩景点，待我们三点多回到酒店时，已经安排好了房间，并在房间桌子上冰镇着一瓶赠送给我们的香槟。傍晚值班的服务员得知我想为我先生策划第二天生日的惊喜时，给了很多很好的建议，并提前安排好第二天早上我们在用早餐时，由餐厅的领班和两位服务员一起送上鲜花、蛋糕和生日祝福，给了我先生一个Big Surprise。该酒店服务特别周到，地理位置优越，可步行达到很多著名景点如西班牙广场等，但酒店还很安静。”
