“Beautiful property very centrally located! All of the staff were extremely hospitable from the door man, to front desk staff and room service. They went above and beyond to greet and speak to you each time they see you, help make arrangements for taxi or private transport and even assisted me in booking train transportation. Roof top bar is beautiful with a nice panoramic view of the city. Rooms were very clean and well decorated. Break fast was not included however there was breakfast being……

“The room was nice enough as well as the rooftop bar. There were many choices for breakfast. Location was good. They lost stars for me because I was with a large group booking approximately 15 or so rooms during my stay and several a week later. We accidentally double booked and didn't know until check-in. They refused to give us a refund for the extra room (that we didn't use.) I was very disappointed in their customer relations.”

“Room is clean. Breakfast is great and air condition is very good with the hot summer. Limited staff and you need to wait to be served. Location is OK. But not as good as I initially thought.”

“The room was huge, clean and comfortable - with separate hall area to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The decor is classic and grand, and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. There were a good range of choices at breakfast. ”
