"Nice place, it’s a bit run down. We booked a presidential suite which had no AC in one of the rooms…they said they fixed it, but no one checked to see if what they fixed is actually working. We had to request a fun which kinda helped, but it was still a little hard to sleep. The TVs were not checked to see if they worked, yet we waited two hours to be checked in.
