It is situated centrally in Wellington cities shopping area with plenty of restaurants and cafes within short walking distance. The staff are friendly and willingly helpful. This was our third stay here. "

"This isn't a review, rather a comment. I think it'd be helpful if there were more luggage trolleys available. At check out time I asked for one to be brought to our room and after 15 mins gave up waiting. I was told later,at reception, that the one trolley that could have been available was already in use. I wondered why there was only one. I admit such trolleys are bulky. Overall our stay was good. "
