“Loved the pool area. There was fun seating areas and lots of chairs and tables. Plus a room to play games and watch tv. Our whole family enjoyed staying and the kids had a ton of fun. We were able to order food from the restaurant and eat it in the pool area too. Which was great so the kids could still play. ”

“Buyer Beware - They do NOT have a hot tub as advertised!!! It appears as though they had one at one point, but it has been tiled over. If you are looking for a pool and a hot tub, this is not the place to stay at. ”

“Mirror was dirty in bedroom. Sheets were wrinkled so didn’t seem clean. Didn’t take my shoes off to walk on carpet. Heating unit was loud. Couldn’t get any rest. For the price I will stay in Albert Lea. Only good thing is restaurant next door Farmers Daughter. Breakfast was a bust. Just took coffee. Second time here and the last time. I come through this way 2 round trips a year. ”

“This Budget Inn is no longer a hotel. I made reservations in May for a 2 night stay for July 26 and 27. When I arrived I was met by a family living in it who told me it was being remodeled as studio apartments and no longer a hotel. I had to seek out another hotel.”

“We called several times to check on our room and no one answered the phone. Got there. Doors locked, nite phone available, but no one answered. I called the main line again. I was told they had several walk ins, so they didnt have a room for us. I pre paid!”

“Room was not ready for 1/2 hour then door lock broken shower was very dirty and broken drain. Spent half the time there beating bugs off us. Mattress was on floor no frame.ac did not work at all”
