“Staff great and breakfast good.”

“The bathroom had many dead bugs on the floor and in the shower. The girl at front desk was very helpful and did give us a new room. The hallways needed vacumning very bad. Ice machines did not work at all. I wish I would have taken a photo but already turned key in.”

“Staff is excellent. The hotel surrounding were terrible to me. The red dirt from workers who stay there was everywhere p. From the parking lot,into the hotel and tracked through out the corridors and dinning room as well. The boot brushes were totally worn out and didn’t seem to be used. Need better accommodations for the workers dirty working conditons.”

“Toothpaste splatter all over the wall , was not touched forever. No soap l, shampoo or body wash provided only dish soap.”

“Yes, the breakfast was fresh but on our last day there, there wasn't any breakfast on the steam table. The parking lot was clean, safe, and easy to park in. The door lock didn't unlock most of the time but they were getting ready to replace it and others. Our faucet on the sink had 2 metal washers that fell off so the whole faucet moved when you turned the water on and off. The few staff members working were very nice and helpful. There was no desk clerk when we checked out so I couldn't get a……

“Clean and comfortable ”

“Room was okay hallways not cleaned starwell had mud but to thier defense they did have a machine at entry to clean boots obviously not used”

“I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys. ”

“This little cabin was the perfect little get away. We love being located out in the country The location was great for both entrances to Theodore Roosevelt National Park . Super clean & comfy. Celebrating 50 years of marriage on this trip out West.”
