“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“Com boa localização. A nota insatisfatória para limpeza, foi que embaixo da cama havia um lenço de papel e uma garrafa de água, que imagino que seja do hóspede anterior. E nosso quarto ficou sem energia do nada, tive que tomar banho com ajuda do meu celular. Foi concertado horas depois, sem a necessidade de troca de quarto( andar). ”

“Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was fantastic. Only complaint was our room which was a suite, had a strong smell of tobacco. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel.”
