“Our room was clean and there were no issues. Grandsons had a ball at the waterpark, which was well staffed and well maintained. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of options and staff kept it well stocked. We were satisfied with it. Staff was great and the property was well maintained. If you want a resort experience, you can pay triple the amount and go to Kalahari or Great Wolf, and pay for breakfast. If you want a nice stay and a nice waterpark without breaking the bank, this is your place.”

“Everyone was kind the beds were really nice the pool was clean and my children really enjoyed themselves and the hot tub has great jets one of the best I've been in thank you to everyone of the employees for a great stay we'll definitely be back and get the word out have a blessed day”

“This Place was the Dirtiest Hotel I have EVER Stayed in ...Not Jus dirty but Layers of Grim in ALL of the " High Touch Areas .. The entire Maintenance staff should be let go ... The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was……

“Only one bay of soap to shower with. Bathroom has mold or water damage on the walls and ceiling. Booked a nonsmoking room but room smelled like cigarettes.”

“They charged us an extra $25 for our child, took a long time for check in. Breakfast was ok, but slow to refill. Water temp was lukewarm. The room was clean and ice maker worked.”
