It was late at 12am and I just wanted to m shower and sleep since I had a very early meeting. Meanwhile the (suppose) senior manager just bounces every request to others by saying : you can find my colleague. He just sat at the bar and drank while there were more than 1 group of guests in need. Not sure why and they did not clean our room at the second last night with the cleaning card hanged outside. ( we left in the morning ) Another room’s guest put their finished meal in the corridor for collection but it was there whole day/night. Good location and facilities but poor service.
