“nice hotel”

“The hotel is beginning to show it's age and is in desperate need of maintenance upgrades... broken lamp shades, chipped walls and moldings, green and moldy bathroom fixtures, windows screwed shut were a few of the "little" things noticed but together just came across as run down.”

“Always comfortable and nice place”

“An ok no frills place to stay with a decent included continental breakfast. As soon as we walked in the room all I could smell was mouldy shower curtain. Excuses were made due to ongoing renovations and the carpets were blamed for the smell. However after the room attendant supplied and installed a brand new shower curtain low and behold the smell disappeared.”

“I stayed at the Delta before during work now that I’m retired, I don’t get out much but always well worth staying at the Delta.”

“This is the second time we stay here and we loved it. Close to everything. Minutes to Parlee beach. The only complaint I have is the beds weren’t that comfortable. A little too hard for us. But besides that it was great. Rooms were very clean.”

“We liked the very clean and spacious room we had. What we disliked was the lack of a mat and grab bar in the shower to prevent accidents on the slippery shower floor. Despite being under a reno, our stay was very pleasant and highly recommend it.”
