"There are fast food outlets around, large empty shopping centre and large carpark right next door which had hoons at night time. Some one even ran into a light pole and police and firies then attended. "

"The faucet in the bathroom was leaking (on the sink), is the reason, that i gv a 4-star for property conditions..the brkfst selection was Good! Plus, Austin, the nicest guy ever (at the check-in counter), was undoubtedly THEE BESTEST! I laughed with him everyday, coming & going. He gv me a great suggestion for a restaurant nearby.. "Green something", where i rcvd great service from Siyad!! When in town, I'm definitely staying here again, especially if Austin is there! "Austin! How was Nascar!?""

"Very clean property, loved the hot tub which is also very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beds are comfortable. We had a great time!"

"This hotel was an awesome value. Low price but the whole place was nice. It was in a separated area, so not near rundown businesses or streets. No random suspicious buses or campers on the property. Entire place was clean. Nice lobby with historical displays. Elevator to 2nd floor. Convenient side doors and pet friendly! Beds were big and comfortable. Sink and toilet separate, which is nice. Clean tub/shower. Great hot breakfast. Has a great, clean pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy those because there was a large group (10?) using the entire area all evening including many small children and the entire lot was loud and screaming, they refused to accommodate me when I asked. Management said there was nothing they could do. Front desk girl was young and inexperienced in customer service but did her best. This hotel was such a Godsend since we had booked a different one but when we arrived it was so horrible we did not stay. We're so glad we were able to get in this one at the last minute. Thank you!"

"I was really concerned about staying in Rockford. I am originally from Rockford and haven't been back to visit since 2007. The Staybridge Suites made me feel at home. I loved the area, the vibes, everything. I can't honestly think of anything that I could possibly complain about. Not even anything to nitpick about. "

"Very inviting Lobby open 24 hours. Staff was nice. Rooms nice and ample. Very affordable rate. Savon store next door open 24 hours and breakfast cafe across the street. Plenty of business on the street."
