“The views, the serenity and quietness of the area, the simplicity of the home, and the amenities like hottub and firepit all stood out. The yard is very beautifully landscaped and maintained. The ease of access right off a main road was nice too, as we did venture to explore other areas which were off the beaten path on lengthy gravel roads. The host was extremely welcoming and accessible if needed though we did not require anything. It was a great place to reset after the busy holiday……

“DO NOT RENT. If you cannot tell by the pictures this is a trailer. This renter has a rule book with fine print and every single rule has absurd additional charges in it such as “Not doing your dishes will require a $250 minimum fee”. I stayed with my girlfriend for one weekend. We left the property exactly as we found it only needed a place to sleep for an event we were attending. She asked me to cashapp her $50 to arrive early and after throughly following the checklist for checkout to try not……

“Perfectly, PERFECTLY situated for VIR! Milton is a great home base for a track weekend, with a couple of very good restaurants and a nice little beer garden. This property was clean, comfortable, and well-kept; all we needed. Will stay here again for sure!”

“This was a nice little married couples get away. The fire pit, sauna, and hot tub were great additions to get away and just relax and spend time together. The host was amazing at communicating and every detail was thought about in this tiny comfortable cabin. Thank you for a wonderful place for us to stay and get away for a couple nights.”

The area is very quiet and it literally is five minutes from VIR. There were nearby stores and the small town was also very nice and low key. We loved everything about this home.”

“This place is in need of a lot of work! It is not a good place to stay for lake access either. The boat house has no electricity and hasn’t been cleared or repaired since the lake flooded. The steps to the boat house are terrible!!! They could not be used by anyone elderly. The kitchen sink was clogged upon arrival. The TV was missing in the living room. The downstairs sliding door latch is broken. The charcoal grill is broken. Description says it sleeps 8…..the downstairs bed gross and not……
