“Had to change rooms as the original room had a sewer gas leak from the tub that became apparent after our morning showers. We were quickly moved to a new room with no problem but should not have been given that room to start with. The staff was excellent at the front desk. The only other problem was that the pancake maker was not available for breakfast.”

“The staff at the hotel were so helpful and kind. Had an emergency booking and they were all very attentive. I felt safe and the rooms were nice and clean.”

“Our room and the common and dining areas were very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a noise issue with our first room and they switched us into a quieter room very quickly. ”

“Could tell room was half clean. Counters still dirty and a used lotion was given to me in the bathroom. The rooms A/C did not work and it was so warm I couldn’t sleep. Also the coffee make was dirty inside, would recommend machines with detachable water reservoirs we can clean before use. The blankets were also incredibly itchy and no too sheet option for those who don’t like blankets. The most noticeable & worst was the sewage smell in the lobby”
