Isaac was very warm and welcoming when we checked in. He gave us recommendations for food and it was spot on. I would not have had the same experience if not for Isaac. He always greeted us when we came in and out of the hotel and felt like he was glad to see us. Sorry we were not able to say good bye on our departure. Well wishes Isaac. Tara

Excellent service, perfect relaxing location

The hotel is located about 20 minutes away from the Montreal city. The rooms , bathroom and the dining area is very clean and well kept. The staff if friendly. We enjoyed staying there.

Whoever cleaned the room before our arrival did an excellent job. A skin lotion would have been a nice addition to the amenities. A mat for the bathtub would be a recommendation to the hotel. For a motel, breakfast was fantastic!

Fabulous location a block from the Chateau Frontenac facing the river and the boardwalk. The desk staff was wonderful with great suggestions. Room cleaning was lacking. We had 4 rooms and 2 of them never had maid service. My sister had to ask for fresh towrls at the desk.

We were thrilled to find it in central location. Our Riverview room had a humongous, clean window with breathtaking views that changed throughout the days/nights. We were pampered with comfortable bedding. The convenience food in the lobby area had a good selection & coffee was excellent. Thank goodness, since the coffee machine in room was wierd & impossible for us & others to use. Great croissants, salads, sandwiches, drinks & attitudes. the one night we wanted to drink & eat in the bar area...

Property was beautiful. Staff was very helpful. One thing that would have made it more enjoyable for me…the cobblestone entrance while very nice was long but had no rails for guests like me with ambulatory needs. Was treacherous enough that I could not maneuver without physical assistance. Also the bathtub/ shower had no grab bars. I was unable to access the shower. Otherwise it was wonderful!

The hotel was located within walking distance to the sites of Quebec City. Staff was very helpful, clean room, comfortable clean room, shops, etc.

First of all it was in a quiet area off the highway, it's large, on a golf course, and has great amenities. I will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Shopping nearbye is very limited w few dining options ouside of the hotel. Use of the pools shown in the pictures is around 80 additional dollars per day. Mid week is less but shorter hours.
