“We left a personal item in the room after check out. The staff was very helpful and keep it for us. It’s very very professional and made me feel safe when I stay here. I will come back next time in Queenstown. 5 stars”

“Nice room, good hotel, will recommend”

“Helpful staff , close to city town , the restaurant coco cabana tastes gd! ”

“Some signage to find the reception might be nice, the signs on the two main buildings are confusing when you arrive and the reception is around the back up the stairs and then down stars again… many people standing g in the rain outside looking for it when I arrived”

“A fantastic stay at the hotel. All staff members are great. The bus to and from the airport is just nearby. Around 10-minute walking distance to the town centre and the Skyline Gondola. Will definitely stay again if we visit Queenstown in the future.”

“Nice location near airport and shopping mall. Clean and convenient!”

“Wifi limited data is not good enough. Tools of kitchen for cooking need to be rented.”

“The hotel is in a great location right by the lake, offering beautiful views”

“I stayed here for a week. The hostel is always busy. The staff are friendly and informative. However, the kitchen is too small to accommodate all people. The hair dryer is not available 2 days during my stay. ”

“All so amazing, such a wonderful , new , high end apartment which I ever been to. Highly recommended it! ”
