"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. "The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was the nicest we experienced in all of our travels in Europe. There is no AC in the room though so if it is hot outside be prepared for a warm night’s sleep. There is no elevator. A nice man carried our luggage upstairs for us and the room key was one of those cute old fashioned Ben Franklin Keys. Very charming."
