“Beach view excellent Pool excellent ”

“Staff was excellent, room and resort was very clean, bar was well stocked. The worst thing was food at buffet. I’d give it a 2.5-3 out 5, not horrible but not anything to rave about. ”

“This was a wonderful mix of vacation resort and authentic local vibes. We really enjoyed the hotel, the customer service was excellent the food was amazing including the buffet! I have food restrictions and never felt like I couldn't order something at the restaurants. The beach was a 10, soft sand and fun surf/boogie waves. The ONLY challenge I had was with the beds- they were VERY firm, pillows were soft the rooms were mildly musty. Overall we would love to go back!”

“Admittedly, we went at the busiest time of year, so sure, pool loungers and umbrellas were in short supply. Everything else was spot on. We stayed in a Preferred Room, which gave us a much easier check in, access to the lounge and adult pool. The room was wonderful and well appointed and so comfy. Beach was clean, empty and wildly enjoyable. Staff were SO kind and thoughtful.”

“We were able to check in about 4 hours early. Every employee we encountered was very friendly. We loved the layout of the 1 bdrm suite. Plenty of space and a gorgeous view of the ocean. On our first night, we had a lizard right above the AC vent that my husband had to climb on a chair to catch. It would be nice if doors in Mexico had door sweeps because almost every place we've ever stayed in they have big gaps under the doors. We used a towel to cover the 1 inch gap to help with noise, climate……

“Very little if any spoken English which made it hard to communicate with any staff members. Very much so a more visited resort from locals in Mexico. Food was below average with very few options to pick from and same stuff day after day. Nathalie our server at the outdoor bar was the best part of our trip! She was very nice and always attentive and had drinks to us the whole day. ”

“The view was amazing and the staff was very kind. However, they don’t provide much more than shampoo and moisturizing cream. Also, the spa services are much more expensive than i thought. ”
