“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.”

“Staff were quite cold and at checkout the lady was even quite rude when there was some confusion about in house outstanding restaurant bill kind of shined the entire experience. There was also a wedding there that basically took over the entire hotel and beach access while we were there. I would suggest making sure no weddings are taking place while you’re there. They didn’t even have an extra ice bucket or ice as the wedding was using them all and drained their ice machine. Pretty……

“This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？”

“酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。”

“早餐很棒，也很推薦餐廳提供的晚餐料理，建議一試; 交通方便; 湖畔就在附近，也可慢慢沿河堤走到市中心。適合渡假放鬆的好地方，非常推薦。若有大行李，注意電梯只到三樓。”

“Super awesome place! Very clean overall, easy to find and the hosts are amazing. Super quick to respond and accommodating. We had one minor issue that really didn't affect our stay but they had it fixed the very next day! Super awesome!”

“Great view and in a beautiful area. Home was comfortable and had mist all amenities; for a longer stays it would be nice to have a washer/dryer available for use. Good food in area and all are short drive away.”
