“ A lovely little cabin back in the quiet woods. A good location for accessing the Finger Lakes and parks and Rochester. We love being outdoors, walking trails, picnicking, quiet woods, dark night skies, seeing sights. This was a good place for all of that. The cabin itself was comfortable for the two of us. The road up to the cabin is quite rough and we were glad we had an AWD vehicle, even in the summer. The cabin's water must be from a well because it smells of sulfur and iron. We……

“This is a wonderful place for a big-family get-together. There are many bedrooms and we easily accommodated 15 people (10 adults, 5 children). The game room in the attic was a huge hit. The property itself is lovely too, with a huge yard and some adjacent woods with a walking path. I definitely recommend it!”

“Really don’t like leaving a negative review but I know we all rely on honest reviews to make choices. We came for a wedding and stayed 2 nights-The beds were disgusting. The cottage overall was pretty clean-shower was passable and we tried cleaning the sheets and found old nasty gum in the dryer-but the beds were both absolutely filthy. Old pilled sheets with pubic hair and lots of dirt and just hair hair hair. Obviously had not been washed. Property is managed by a company located somewhere……
