"Our room had a weird smell, the shower leaked and there was no hot water the last morning."

"We needed a place to stop on a long drive and it was adequate for that purpose. The only issue was the mattress. Had a big dii in the middle. Uncomfortable to sleep in. Yhereveas a second floor but NO ELEVATOR. we had to drag our luggage upstairs. Kind of hard for us elderly."

"I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation I made had been cancelled, with no reason and no name of the person who made the cancellation. Every room was occupied, so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Once I received a refund (at 10 pm), I had to leave to find a place to stay. The staff member at the front desk was the one saving grace; she was supportive during this process. Also, I saw a sign that the dryer was broken. A person who had been staying there for three weeks mentioned to me that she hadn't had her bed linens changed since she checked in. Overall, this was not a good experience."

The indoor pool was the real reason we picked this place and it did not disappoint! The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. This will be our pick every time in Rochester!"

"The nice suite. We only stayed ine night. The breakfast was of poor quality as are all hotel breakfasts. We always go out to eat. The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready."
