"This resort was everything I wanted it to be although our room did have a leak, they sent someone to fix it asap. There were a couple hiccups but I appreciate there determination to fix their problems. I would come back to this hotel and do privilege again. Just make sure your phone service works in Jamaica because you need what’s app to communicate. My phone didn’t work out there so we had only one phone to text butlers. "

"Overall, my stay was very enjoyable! I had a great time—everyone on the staff was kind, helpful, and brought a fun energy that really enhanced the experience. I especially appreciated the entertainment; it added a lively and engaging touch to my visit. If I could offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to enhance the authenticity of the cultural experience, particularly when it comes to the music and food. Being in Jamaica, I was hoping for more traditional Jamaican flavors and sounds, rather than offerings that seemed tailored primarily for American tourists. Embracing more of the local culture would truly make the experience unforgettable for visitors from all over the world. Thank you again for a lovely stay!"

"Everything was easy walkable, the overall atmosphere was relaxing, laid back and easy going. If I could change anything it would be to retrain the facilities manager (Ismael) on customer service. Otherwise the place was straight out of a dream."

"I recently stayed at Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica, and it was amazing! The resort has 10 restaurants, and every single one was a 10/10—high-end food with great variety and quality. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and genuine, from the transport drivers to everyone at the resort. The beachfront is stunning, with plenty of cabanas to relax and enjoy the view. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be coming back!"
