When i was at room, i had found that my room had not been cleaned yet. Only maid that I found at room did contact hotel staff to change new room for me. Very bad service. The bed was uncomfortable, the spring in the bed hit my back during sleep."

Dining and bar facilities are more like an abandoned banquet hall, there’s no pool unlike the photos, I paid to upgrade my room and the door doesn’t even close properly, there’s a huge gap between the door and top of the door frame. There’s 2 air conditioners in the room and they insisted on turning off the good one after my first night. Had to get into a huge argument to get them to turn it back on. Terrible hotel."
