“The hotel has been refurbished since the last time I stayed. The rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly, particularly the young man who checked us in. The only downside for me was paying for parking. As a resident I think parking should have been free. That said I had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay again nor recommend to friends.”

“My wife and I stayed at the Copthorne, it is situated within a retail park easy to get to from the M4. Stayed two nights, the room was basic reminding me of the 90's, it was clean, there was tea/coffee facilities, ironing board, TV that was temperamental, fridge and a comfortable bed. Although shown as a FOUR star, it really is THREE. There was no safe, no air con, no tissues and no pen or notepad. Ryan checked us in and he was full of information, a credit to the hotel. One of the pillows was……
