"The location of the hotel is very good, all major tourist points are walkable. The staff of the hotel was very very courteous and helpful. They went over and above to help you with any of transportation or room needs. Would like to highlight and appreciate two staff for their excellent customer service - Celine, helped us to get the best transportation deals for visits even after we checked out from hotel. Celine ensured the driver and van was available on time and managed language barrier we faced with driver. Dave - helped to safely keep a electronic device which we left behind and kept it safely until we were able to collect it back. Thank you both."

For that I absolutely cannot recommend this stay enough! We were given a free upgrade as the room was available and we got free drink coupons. The rooms were lovely, the location was perfect and the hotel was next to everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious and when we were getting an early bus to sapa they packed us a delicious breakfast for us to have on our travels. They helped with our bags and made us feel so at home. And for the price this was all absolutely so much more than we could have expected! "
