“Whilst the staff are polite and friendly, there just seems to be a lack of urgency, untrained all around the hotel. Also seems to be a lack of staff. For a 5 star hotel I expect more! ”

“Location is lovely, free parking on site, modern rooms but dusty. Loved they had kids pool, my child enjoyed it. Receptionist on arrival did not inform me of amenities, breakfast times etc. I had to ask. I’ve never been to any hotel that hasn’t done this so very disappointing with a hotel of this level. I should have listened to the reviews about breakfast! Many of us had to keep asking for things such as sausages, bread, juice etc. staying with a child and having to wait 15 mins for food to……

“Property is beautiful, the only thing was we weren’t given any information on the amenities on check-in and there was no book in the room. We had a hard time finding the pool, which we had to go through the bar and through the gym to get to. ”
