“The are no opening windows in the room. The air conditioning system was uncontrollable. Without the ability to open the window, the room was extremely cold and completely uninhabitable.”

“The location is excellent - so close to the castle and cathedral. There are two very good real ale pubs just down the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. We were lucky enough to get free parking the whole of the week. The weather was hot, so air-conditioning would have been nice, although its a listed building so probably a challenge.”
