“I had a great stay at this adorable studio apartment! The space is beautifully decorated and full of charm. It was very clean, well-equipped with everything I needed, and in a convenient location for getting around. Check-in was simple and seamless, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This was really a lovely little apartment. It was nice to see the deer and other critters in the woods looking out the kitchen window. The only downside was it was a little drafty, but it is an older building so that wasn’t surprising. The heat worked great thought despite the really cold weather! The location, apartment decor, the welcome amenities from the owner were all really nice and welcoming. A real home away from home! Thank you!”

“Super nice staff. I found this place after a paid booking was cancelled at another hotel. A little further out that I would like but it was worth it. I got to check out some local bars in Charlotte. A big shout out to Frank. He checked me in and the other staff was very friendly. If you want something clean, inexpensive and not a bad drive to MSU, check out this place.”
