“This bed and breakfast is charming. Everything from the quaint room decor to the delicious cooked breakfast and company of out host Judy was just what we needed on the first night of our vacation. We would definitely come back again!”

“Staff was great! Friendly and informative. When we checked into our room it had a mildew smell. It was clean but there were air fresheners and an air purifier plugged in to try to mask the smell. There was a giant spider on the bedskirt that we were luckily able to catch and kill. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There was the ice machine outside our door that was extremely loud when in use. Was woken up by train horns. Didn’t sleep too well. The free breakfast the next day……

“Went to shoot a ATA trapshooting event (Heartland Grand) about 20 min away in Ackley, IA. Place was comfortable and the people were great. Everything you needed was right around the corner from getting provisions to dinner out with multiple choices, fast food to a sit-down home cooked meal. Room had a little kitchette with a fridge, sink and a 2 burner stove top, along with a microwave, so cooking some eggs and bacon wasn't out of the question!
