"King size bed room are always near the lift. The hotel seems to be recent and in very good condition as our room (very new furniture). Don't expect any dishes or kitchen utensils. Excellent experience except for the noise coming from our direct neighbors. Front desk staff was great so solve noise in middle of the night."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, and our son absolutely loved it! The converted train cars make for such a unique and memorable experience, with a really fun Americana feel. The rooms are understandably a little smaller and older given that they are actual train cars, and some areas of the property show their age, but we could also see that they were actively renovating and putting a lot of work into the property during our stay. There are fewer traditional hotel amenities, such as a pool or free breakfast, but that really isn't what you're coming here for, and we knew that going in. It was quiet, enjoyable, and something completely different from a typical hotel stay. We would absolutely stay here again, especially because of how much our son enjoyed the experience."

"Upon check-in we were welcomed by Corey who was professional and courteous. There was an issue with the main corridor was extremely hot as if no ac was on. I came down to the front desk and a manager who I believe was Mr. Brown took care of it immediately. Upon checking out the woman at the front desk (don’t recall her name) was also very nice, professional and eager to assist. All staff was professional and courteous except the woman bartender who had more interest with her phone than she did with assisting customers. I waited and watched her and a man discuss something about her phone for over 15 mins while I waited to order a drink. When she finally did approach me, she was not friendly and showed no customer service. Room was fine, bed was comfortable, but attention to details in the bathroom are needed. Wallpaper peeling and nicks on the wall under the left side of the sink and can be seen while using the toilet. Due to hotel being so busy and noisy due to a catered event (wedding I think) and main door didn’t work. Overall hotel condition is 3, but all of the staff (except bartender) is a 5 which brought the rating up to a 4."

"Everything with the stay was good. The lobby smelled good. There was ample parking. The front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the areas. Made good suggestion for food. The room was clean and smelled good. The bathroom was small but functional. The breakfast options were decent."
