"Wonderful property, perfect for a weekend away. Close to all the activities and attractions that New Hope has to offer. Lucille was a great host, and adds all the items needed for an excellent stay. And her home baked goodies were so tasty. We plan on going again, as both our stays have been wonderful."

"We stayed in Room 207, and overall the room was clean. However, there were a couple of easy areas for improvement. The window drape needed to be properly attached to prevent the light and cold air from coming into the room. This establishment dates from 1751- it’s old. Therefore, the electrical outlets were a tad difficult to use when endeavoring to charge our cells and iPads because the outlets would not cooperate. From the location of this room we could hear a great deal of noise coming from the music and the bar dining area. Since the air conditioning is attached to the window, we could hear the busy morning street traffic. The absolute best part of this establishment is the “restaurant.” The food was “over the moon” delicious and very sophisticated. Our dinner was ABSOLUTELY delicious. The staff was beyond exceptional- everyone was very polite, very friendly and very professional."

"Jeff the manager/owner ? was very friendly and helpful. The main house is from the late 1700's, the bed was comfortable, the wide plank wood floors had plenty of character too ! Nice and close to the New Hope Winery, I would definitely stay here again !!"

"This is a hotel in which the doors to the rooms are from the outside. The hotel is dated, the room itself was on the small side, the towels were small, had some loud talk and yelling outside the room in the evening, the stairs to the second floor rooms are solid but looked rusty, and the hotel is near a busy street."
