"Very clean and large room. Our room was in a separate building from the main building, but the location was excellent. We would stay there again. The only negative, I'm a tea drinker in the morning, there was a Kureg with plenty of coffee but no tea. The phone in the room didn't work, according to the welcome book, if any issues just call the front desk on the in room phone. Since that wasn't working, my husband had to get dressed and walk down to the main building to get some tea. He did try calling on his cell but no one picked up."

"I fell in love with this beautiful farm, its miniature horses, sheep, Poe the goat, the beautiful landscape, the privacy from the road, & the location to Peddler's Village, New Hope, and Doylestown. Sitting on the porch rockers in the evening was so relaxing despite the cold temps outside. Jeff, the owner was a superb host, and his breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day as well as to meet the other guests for some wonderful conversations. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home the minute we drove up the driveway! My husband and I plan to return. We liked the laid-back atmosphere and the comfort that only this type of place can offer. A nice change from the standard hotel environment. It looks like a wonderful place to hold special events. "Parking was accessible and check in was pleasant. That's where our comfort ended. To access the room, we had to climb the flight of rusty stairs and walk down a very dark, dank, and dirty hallway. We entered the room, which seemed clean but smelled very strongly of cleaning products, took a look around, and decided we would never feel comfortable sleeping there or having our bags in the room. We turned around and left."

"Wonderful property, perfect for a weekend away. Close to all the activities and attractions that New Hope has to offer. Lucille was a great host, and adds all the items needed for an excellent stay. And her home baked goodies were so tasty. We plan on going again, as both our stays have been wonderful."

"We stayed in Room 207, and overall the room was clean. However, there were a couple of easy areas for improvement. The window drape needed to be properly attached to prevent the light and cold air from coming into the room. This establishment dates from 1751- it’s old. Therefore, the electrical outlets were a tad difficult to use when endeavoring to charge our cells and iPads because the outlets would not cooperate. From the location of this room we could hear a great deal of noise coming from the music and the bar dining area. Since the air conditioning is attached to the window, we could hear the busy morning street traffic. The absolute best part of this establishment is the “restaurant.” The food was “over the moon” delicious and very sophisticated. Our dinner was ABSOLUTELY delicious. The staff was beyond exceptional- everyone was very polite, very friendly and very professional."
